DESCRIPTION:Sensitive Lil’ Thang is an intimate two-day installation by Quiana Parks exploring emotional sensitivity as both a personal and collective experience. Originally conceived as a sensory installation\, the project unfolds inside a hotel suite at Ace Hotel Brooklyn\, transforming a private room into a temporary space for reflection\, vulnerability\, and release. \nThe installation features a new painting by Quiana Parks alongside a pair of speakers by Better Listening designed by David Sonubi that function as both sculptural objects and sound sources. Projected collage and concept video work fill the room\, creating a visual dialogue between image\, sound\, and memory while examining how emotional experiences are stored and expressed. \nThis is a self-guided experience. Quiana Parks will not be present during viewing sessions. \nLocation:Ace Suite (13th Floor)Ace Hotel Brooklyn252 Schermerhorn Street\, Brooklyn \nEntry is offered in limited\, timed sessions to preserve the intimacy of the space.
